Canton Fair invites overseas buyers by two kinds of Invitation – E-Invitation and Paper Invitation.
With the Invitation, overseas buyers could:
-- Apply for Visa to China
-- Get registered and free entry badge to the Fair

Note: Necessary information for Invitation application includes: Buyer’s Name, Nationality and Company Name

1. E-invitation Card

E-invitation is an online service of the Fair and is more convenient than Paper Invitation. Guangzhouhotel.com provides all our guests with E-invitation Application Service. For guests who booked hotel from us, a FREE service is granted. Details please see Applying for E-invitation.

2. Paper Invitation Card

Paper Invitation can be applied from:
(1) International Communication Department, China Foreign Trade Centre
(2) The Economic & Commercial Counsellor’s Office of the Embassy (The Economic & Commercial Section of the Consulate General) of P.R. China in your region
(3) Canton Fair Hong Kong Customer Service Centre
(4) The Chinese foreign trade corporations (enterprises) with whom you are business-related
(5) By contacting overseas cooperative organizations of China Foreign Trade Centre

Note: For Local Representatives without Canton Fair’s Invitation for Foreign Company’s Representative Office in China, admission fee (RMB300/USD48 per person per day) and relevant documents are required.
