Interwine China Is around the Corner

Tomorrow is the opening day of China (Guangzhou) International Wine and Spirits Exhibition, or Interwine China, which will be take place at Zone B of Pazhou Complex. As the only international exhibition for the industry in South China, itwill last three days, during which visitors can taste and buy wines from the world's major wine-exporting countries like France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Germany, Romania, Australia, Chile, Argentina and South Africa. Domestic wines also will be exhibited.

 

Many seminars and shows will be organized during the fair, such as wine tastings of Romanian organic wine, cognac, Spanish wine and Mexican tequila. Visitors also can join seminars on topics such as wine tasting, the role of the sommelier and the sale of wine.

 

The final round of China Sommelier Competition will be held during the fair. Eight contestants winning the regional contests of 17 Chinese cities will gather to compete for the national championship. The final competition includes blind tasting, service skill and Q&A. On Nov. 13,  the last day of the fair, exhibitors will sell their exhibited wines at discount price.
