Before the end of this year, Guangzhou will witness a series of interesting international food festivals and auto show, along with some very iconic running events. It is getting to the time of the year now when the city is getting cooler, so it is a perfect time to host such running events and bring everyone together for European food festivals. 

British Day 
- - Nov. 22, Utahloy International School Guangzhou 
British Day is a celebration of the best of British culture. Its aim is to offer 1,500 expected guests a relaxing day of fun activities, music, prizes and great food & drink! The event is designed not only for British expatriates, but also for local Chinese and other nationalities who are invited to attend what promises to be a very special day!

Guangzhou Marathon 
- - Nov. 23, around the city 
The Guangzhou marathon promises to be a spectacular event, for those running and simply for those watching. This is because a huge 20,000 people will be allowed to participate in the occasion which is dedicated to promoting sport for youths.

Latin Festival 
- - Nov. 29, Canton Tower 
For RMB 90 you can become one of the 1000 guests predicted to participate in this wonderful event. Alternatively you can save money by booking in advance, this way you can get a ticket for RMB 70. Either way, no matter how you get your ticket, we guarantee it will be money well spent. Terry Fox Run 
- - Dec. 6, Luhu Golf Driving Range 
This annual charity event aims to raise funds for local cancer research while increasing public awareness on cancer. The event organizers is the Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou, along with great support from Luhu Golf and Country Club. 

Guangzhou Auto Show 
- - Nov. 20-29, China Import & Export Fair Complex 
One of the biggest auto shows organized by the Guangzhou government, which will surely release the latest models of brands. 

Guangzhou Food Festival 
- - Nov. 28- Dec. 7, Panyu Dadao Avenue and all districts 
As the "city name card", the annual carnival will include food tasting, awarding for the restaurants, chefs' show and other performances. There are many opportunities to taste and buy local cantonese food and famous dishes from other countries. It is expected that over one million people will visit the 3000 booths in the food festival.
