Guangzhou earned a score of 73.05 points out of 100 in a recent survey of tourist satisfaction with major Guangdong cities, followed by Shenzhen at 69.41 points and Zhuhai at 68.03 points, according to Guangdong Tourism Bureau officials. Tourists were most satisfied with Guangzhou's hospitality industry, giving Guangzhou a score of 75.11 points. The highest rate of satisfaction with Guangzhou's tourist services was given by foreign tourists, followed by non-Guangdong tourists and Guangdong tourists. Tourists were most satisfied with the services of hoteliers and least with retailers.
