Hong Kong International Medical Devices and Supplies Fair

2012 marks the third edition of the highly successful HKTDC Hong Kong International Medical Devices and Supplies Fair. The first two editions have been thriving events, with strong participant interest reflecting the rising demand for medical devices and supplies. The third edition of this prestigious event, 7-9 May, 2012, is expected to offer buyers the chance to make contact with almost 200 exhibitors from many different countries and regions.

Strong industry participation

A total of 140 exhibitors from 10 countries and regions came to the 2010 event to showcase their most up-to-date medical devices, supplies and concepts. They enjoyed the attention of a receptive audience of more than 6,000 buyers from 80 countries and regions.

As populations in both the developed world and emerging economies become more health conscious, and as these populations age, increasing their need for health care at home or in hospitals, the demand for medical devices and supplies will continue to boom, offering excellent growth prospects in this vigorous business sector.
