Facilities in the Health and Fitness Centre are currently under construction and will soon be ready for your enjoyment.
1. Gymnasium
Located on the 2nd and 3rd storey of the Health & Fitness Centre, the gymnasium is formed by a gym, aerobics dance studio and a rest area, measuring at around 650 square meters.
The 320 square meters gym is located on the 2nd level of the main building. Besides being equipped with top-notch Life Fitness apparatus like weights-training equipment and aerobics machines (treadmills, stair-climbers and exercise bikes etc.), we also provide professional training consultation to customize your training methods.
Located on the 3rd floor, the aerobics dance studio is your answer to a sculptured and toned body.Under professional guidance, the rope-skipping and aerobics dances will showcase your graceful dance moves.
The bright and spacious resting area can replenish the water and mineral levels of your body after vigorous workouts, maintaining the balance of your well-being.
2. Tennis Courts
With the 4 outdoor tennis courts and professional tennis coaches, our systematic training regimes will be your best option for both leisure and competitive games. The quick booking system and all-rounded services will enhance your pleasures from the sport.

3. SPA
Undergo a SPA Water Treatment, with natural oils and special massaging techniques, every package treatment is catered to your needs, adding a youthful glow to your skin.
The 1st level of the main building consists of 3 male treatment rooms and a resting area; On the Mezzanine and 2nd level are 7 treatment rooms and a resting area just for the ladies.
Our specially designed treatment rooms enhance your visual treats; while the soothing sounds of nature coupled with our original massage therapy will calm your spirits and ease your tension.
Take a sip of our flower tea concocted by our therapists and lie on the treatment beds to let every inch of your skin be pampered by our SPA treatments. Both male and female sauna rooms have dry and wet steam areas as well as a resting area.
On the mezzanine level, we have a one-of-a-kind juice bar to replenish your nutrient needs for a healthy lifestyle.

6. Swimming Pools
There are both an outdoor and an indoor pool, which cover a total area of 3980 square meters, and allow you to enjoy swimming in all four seasons.
Constant Temperature Indoor Pool
The indoor swimming pool is situated on the 1st floor of the Health & Fitness Centre and occupies an area of 162 square meters;
Outdoor Pools
There is a standard-size pool of about 438 square meters and a garden pool of around 3353 square meters which includes an adult pool,kids'pool and a water amusement pool.
Opening Hours
07:00a.m. to 10:00p.m.
The garden pool is temporarily closed during winter.
7. Rock Wall:
Rock climbing is part of mountaineering and is a sport that pits humans against the great outdoors and height limits. Our rock-climbing wall is located on the 2nd level of the Health & Fitness Centre and stands at 6 meters wide and 7 meters tall. It is constructed based on American technology of using recyclable inorganic materials that is of a leading quality in China. The walls are filled with support points with varying levels of difficulty for your choice. Our professional equipment and facilities will provide the greatest protection and support for your rock climbing activities. At the same time, we provide live instructions to help you scale the heights.
8. Sports Store
The Sports Equipment Store on the 1st floor of the Health & Fitness Centre provides products and services of the best quality. For your sporting pleasures, we have a whole range of sportswear and sporting equipment ready just for you. We have tennis wears, tennis racquets, swimwear etc.right at your doorstep when it comes to playing sports. Our one aim is to enable you to enjoy the joys of sports in the quickest and most effective way.
