. Airport Pick-up Service : HRC provides free pick-up service directly from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport to downtown hotels during the period of Canton Fair during 14th-20th & 24th-30th April/Oct . The airport is about 40 km away from downtown. We suggest you apply for our complimentary service. Please read the guidelines below and apply for it accordingly. Please note that the service will only be only valid for guaranteed reservation before 1 st April or 1 st Oct . For guaranteed reservation after that date, we could offer free Guide Assistance Service at the airport, which means that we will help you get to your hotel by airport bus or taxi. You could book the airport pick-up service by online.

. Train Station Guide Assistant Service : The Kowloon-Guangzhou Train Station is in the downtown, which is easy to get to most of hotels from train station. HRC will offer free Guide Assistant Service at the Train Station during the period of Canton Fair. Our staff at the train station will help you get to your hotel by taxi or other public transportation. Please contact your trip advisor if you need this service.
