1. E-invitation
Please visit Canton Fair BEST(Buyer E-service Tool) system to apply for E-invitation card.
For REGULAR BUYERS, please use the Username and Password to log in BEST directly. If you forgot the username and password, please retrieve them from here .

2. Paper Invitation Card
Paper invitation can be applied from the Economic & Commercial Counselor's Office of the Embassy (Consulate) of P. R. China in your country.
If you can not get the Canton Fair Invitation card in advance, please do not worry about it. You could get the ENTRY BADGE directly at Canton Fair venue.

Chinese representatives with foreign companies' representative offices in China should apply for paper Invitation Cards directly to the Foreign Liaison Department, China Foreign Trade Centre before Aug. 16, 2008. The Card is nominative and can not be shared. Documents required:
a. Copy of Business Registration Certificate of Foreign Company's representative office in China
b. Copy of Valid employee certificate issued by China's Administration for Industry and Commerce
c. Copy of Employee's ID Card
